After 2 years of investigation by HPD, and court litigation for the rights to all properties found at the Waipio Valley crime scene on August 26, 1997, (case#0193721). The rights to all properties were finally granted to all of the families of the missing persons (documentary crew). What is contained in the video tapes found are the actual events that took place between August 23, 1997 and August 26, 1997.
